From October 1 2012 all ATOL protected packages will be issued with an ATOL certificate within 24 hours of booking. This document should be kept safe and taken on holiday to show your financial protection in the event of any element of the package failing. This document will be emailed to you by our administration team as soon as possible after your booking has been placed. This document will set out the value of protection in place for your protected holiday. You will also receive a confirmation from us The Freedom Travel Group outlining the details of the package booked.
